Get to Know Parker Burton
Parker Burton is an actor at Next Stage Theater in New York City. He has been performing on stage since he was a child, and his passion for the art form has only grown over the years.
Born in Brooklyn, Parker attended the High School of Performing Arts before studying theater at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and television. However, after a few years of working in Hollywood, Parker decided to move back east and focus on his true love: live theater.
At Next Stage Theater, Parker has appeared in numerous productions including “The Glass Menagerie,” “Romeo & Juliet,” and “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” His performances have earned him rave reviews from critics and audiences alike. He is also a frequent collaborator with other actors and directors at the theater, often taking part in workshops or readings of new plays.
In addition to his work on stage, Parker is also an active member of the theater community offstage. He volunteers with various organizations that promote arts education for underserved youth and works with local schools to bring quality theatrical experiences to students who may not otherwise have access to them.
